1. Data controller

Data collected through this website (contact form, demo booking) is processed under the responsibility of the site publisher (see legal notice). For any question about your data: dpo@nodalreno.com.

2. Data collected and purposes

We only collect the information you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number, studio name and professional details. It is used to answer your requests, organise demos, open and manage your account and subscription, and provide sales follow-up and support. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and legitimate interest for sales follow-up (art. 6.1.f).

3. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It is processed by our technical providers under GDPR-compliant agreements: Vercel (website hosting and audience measurement), Google (appointment booking), Stripe (subscription payments), Supabase (hosting of client account application data). Some providers are located outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention periods

Prospect data: 3 years after the last contact. Client account data: for the duration of the subscription, then for the applicable statutory retention periods (in particular accounting). You may request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies and without individually identifying visitors.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, port, erase, restrict and object. To exercise these rights: dpo@nodalreno.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
