Privacy Policy (GDPR)

1. Data controller

Data collected through this website (contact form, demo booking) is processed under the responsibility of the site publisher (see legal notice). For any question about your data: dpo@nodalreno.com.

2. Data collected and purposes

We only collect the information you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number, studio name and professional details. It is used to answer your requests, organise demos, open and manage your account and subscription, and provide sales follow-up and support. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and legitimate interest for sales follow-up (art. 6.1.f).

Pricing library. Unit prices recorded in the application (My items, imported PDF quotes, cost estimates, prices submitted by consulted contractors) may be used, only in anonymised and aggregated form (at least five data points from at least three distinct accounts), to establish the reference prices of the Nodal library. Only the description, unit, work item, unit price excluding VAT, trade, pricing area and month are used; never names, contact details, addresses, files or comments. No individual price is ever published. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f). Details: article 4 of the Terms.

3. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It is processed by our technical providers under GDPR-compliant agreements: Vercel (website hosting and audience measurement), Google (appointment booking), Stripe (subscription payments), Supabase (hosting of client account application data, London data centre), Anthropic (AI-assisted reading of the documents you import, not used to train its models). Some providers are located outside the European Union (in particular in the United States and the United Kingdom); these transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Anonymous pricing library aggregates are never transferred to any third party: they are only displayed within the application.

4. Retention periods

Prospect data: 3 years after the last contact. Client account data: for the duration of the subscription, then for the applicable statutory retention periods (in particular accounting). You may request earlier deletion at any time. Pricing library: source data remains in your account and follows its retention period; published aggregates, being anonymous, are kept indefinitely.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies and without individually identifying visitors.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, port, erase, restrict and object. To exercise these rights: dpo@nodalreno.com. In particular, you may object at any time to the use of your prices for the pricing library, from Settings → Account in the application or by email; contractors consulted through Nodal exercise this right by email. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
